windows 10 Edge部分网址不能访问 RRS feed

    请问windows 10 Edge部分网址不能访问，输入网址后出现白屏，没有任何反应，鼠标出现圈圈，很像无响应的状态，使用Edge内嵌的IE浏览器同样是此问题，通过重置IE浏览器后可正常访问网址，但是重置Edge后，Edge仍然不能正常访问，依然出现此问题，请问要怎么解决呢？谢谢！

    基于您的描述，建议您尝试以下方法去Troubleshooting：

    1. 检查windows更新。

    2. 以管理员身份运行sfc/ scannow,检查是否有损坏的系统文件。

    3. 清除Microsoft Edge浏览数据选项：在Microsoft Edge中，点击....控件，选中设置选项；在清楚浏览数据中，点击选择要清除的内容，勾选浏览历史记录、cookie 和保存的网站数据, 以及缓存的数据和文件, 点击清除。

    4. 创建一个新用户账户并检查问题是否被解决：打开控制面板--用户账户--管理账户--在电脑设置中添加新用户。

    你好，我再次尝试重置了Edge,仍然不可用，但它又不能卸载，因为在系统应用中Edge“卸载”功能是灰色不可用的;另外我的操作系统win10已经升级到最新版本，最后最新更新的一个补丁是1809（KB4480116)，我也尝试卸载了这个更新，但它仍然出现此问题。
