  补充，在windows上用其它ftp客户端访问查看，显示该文件创建时间正确。

  请检查您的Win 7/Windows 2012 Server 上的时间与其他正常的Windows ftp客户端时间是否同步？

  这可能是由于Win 7/Windows 2012 Server自身的时间不正确导致的。

  是采用同一台windows 客户端上传文件和查看的。换了其它的客户端查看也是同样的问题。请问正确的设置应该是什么？

  您好，

  基于您最初的描述，只有Win 7与Windows 2012 Server会有显示时间比服务器晚8小时的情况，其他客户端没有问题。

  您的上个回复里又提到其他的客户端也有问题。这些其他的客户端是什么操作系统？

  请问您检查了这些有问题的客户端的时区了吗？它们的时区与服务器上的时区相同吗？

  您好，我可能没有描述清楚。我们只有两种windows操作系统，win7和windows2012 server，他们有显示时间比服务器晚8个小时的问题。所说的“其它客户端”也是win7或windows2012 server，只是换了台机器的意思。

  另外，如果用第三方ftp client 软件，显示正常。
