用iphone回复邮件后，邮件的图标不会变成已回复的状态

如果我通过电脑的outlook回复邮件，邮件的图标会从
变成
。但是如果用iphone回复这封件时，图标没有任何变化，请问是什么原因呢？谢谢
If I replied email through desktop outlook, the icon of the message would be changed from normal to replied and I can see when I replied once I open this item. However when I replied email through iPhone, the icon will remain the same so I don’t know whether I did any action on this message item. Please help to investigate.

根据苹果网站的说明来看，只有邮件服务器是Exchange 2010才可以同步到这个标记：
