請問WINDOWS 10 的ie11不支援HTML5 video嗎? RRS feed

    取近公司新電腦安裝windows 10,使用者在ie11上執行"線上即時互動平台"時,竟出現以下畫面(your browser doesn't support html5 video).但在win7 的ie11上不會有此問題,在網路上google解決方案,如安裝kb3099299等,但都會出現錯誤,不知各位大大可有好的解決方法,謝謝!

    感謝提供資訊,不過我依連結下載更新,其更新為KB3099229_X64，執行後出現以錯誤

    後來我測試使用以系管理員身份執行ie,結果就完全正常,而查看UAC是關閉的,我在WIN7是不會有此問題,後來我問公司其他事業部的同仁（電腦由不同資訊人員處理）,他們使用WIN10不會有此問題,請問這是什麼問題?

    因為不知道什麼是Windows 10N版本,所以就下載更新,後來查了一下我的不是N或KN版本

    問題解決了,繞了一大圈,原來是未將該網站加入信任的網站.

    因為是內部網站,只要在ie11的"工具/網際網路選項/安全性/信任的網站/網站 "加入該網站即可.
