Outlook Web Access Stops working after installing KB4091243

  • Hi, 

    We are running exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008r2. We are trying to apply patch KB4091243 and every time we apply it we find that OWA stops working. The page loads as a blank page. We have hadto role back twice as we require this service to work.  I have already done some research and havnt came up with much. We installed the patch directly from mcirosoft and also downloaded it and ran it manually as administrator. Both methods yielded the same result. We tried looking at the HTTPS certificate in IIS on the default web site but it is on the correct certificate afterwards. Does anyone know how we can sort this?

  • Hi,

    Do you re-new OWA virtual directory if this issue arise after install Exchange 2010 SP3 UR21 (KB4091243)?

    If it remain exists, run "UpdateCas.ps1" (under C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin) to reset OWA file.
