  市集的指令和電腦設定的指令是不一樣的，所以您執行過我上面的指令還是有一樣的問題？

  市集

  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

  電腦設定

  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\ImmersiveControlPanel\AppxManifest.xml
  

  如果問題還是無法排除，先確認使用其他Domain User登入一部Client後，會建立新的User Profile，進去後是否正常？

  看您的描述Domain是重建的，User也是用相同的名稱再建立，但SID一定會不一樣，不確定是否這個情況造成的問題，可以嘗試建立新的Domain User登入，確認問題是否發生？
