Some call him "Tim". He started in information technology in 1994. He was a field engineer in the Phoenix area for Motorola, US West and other companies until 1998 when he moved to Microsoft. At Microsoft he has worked in Customer Services and Support since then...and as an Identity (also known as Directory Services or Domains) specialist since 2000.
