  • Hi bakinci.

    Both the KB3148527 and the KB3149090 updates should require the KB2919355 update to be installed (which in turn requires the KB2919442 update to be installed): maybe your server is missing the 2919355 update, so you should check it first.

    Bye.

  • Hi bakinci,

    When we install an update and get the error message that "This update is not applicable" may caused by the following possibilities:

    1. The update is actually not applicable for the system, for example, install updates for Server 2008 on Server 2008R2, install updates for x64 on x86;

    2. We don't meet the prerequisite to install the update, as "Luigi" has mentioned above;

    3. We have installed the later update which supersedes the update we are trying to install. So the current update we want to install is no longer needed by the system.

    The update you mentioned (MS16-047) is released on 2016, it has been superseded by KB4015549, KB4034664, KB4025341, KB4022719, KB4019264. These are the monthly rollups, later months' rollup supersedes pervious months' rollup, you may check if you installed one of them, if yes, we have no need to install MS16-047. You may check the information in Microsoft Update Catalog, search MS16-047, click the update, then, check "Package Details":
