A few clients are not reporting to Wsus

  • Hi there,

    On our network, a few clients are not reporting to the Wsus. other machines, on the same group are reporting normally;

    I suggest you try to run the tool, which is provided in the article below, to reset the Windows update components.

  • Are the machines that aren't reporting build 1551 of Windows 10, by any chance?  They need to be updated to Build 1607.  Then install patch kb3213522.  I was having the same problem, and this worked for me.

    after reseting the windows update, the problem still persists.
