Biography
I started with Microsoft in 2005 where I joined the Operations Consulting team where we looked at how companies run technology rather than fixing the software itself. Eventually, I moved over to the Dedicated Support Engineering team where I now work with Microsoft's communications customers, providing messaging and moral support. I started in technology back in the heady days of 1995 as a consultant where we worked with Banyan, Novell, and ISDN networks. It is amazing how things change... I have two kids (both girls), two cats (one fat and loud and one skinny and quiet), and enjoy reading (especially military history), working on my car, and watchng MMA when I get the chance. I presently live in Houston, TX with my understanding and patient wife.
