Currently working as Engagement Manager for Wicresoft North America that is jointly founded by Microsoft and Shanghai Alliance Investment Limited in 2002, is a trusted provider for Digital Transformation products and services.
Amit has been involved in consulting, implementation and training services for over 14 years in the areas of Microsoft Project Server / Project Online for Fortune 500 PMOs and Microsoft Project customers across the globe.
Mr. Khare has successfully managed and delivered projects in Multi-vendor environment for customers based out of USA, UK, Japan & Australia by using the best practices in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has experience in identifying and improving Processes including: Issues and Risk Management, Project Scoping & Definition, Change Control, Resource Capacity & Planning, Project Support Handover, Closeout Reporting, and Application Decommissioning.
