Biography
I'm an IT professional with more than 15 years’ experience most of which spent as systems administrator working in enterprise environments including Financial and web-hosting sectors.
Over the years I had the occasion to work on Windows domains improving my scripting abilities to automate tasks. I achieved a wide overview of messaging and database systems on different platforms.
I approached high quality technical support joining Microsoft Customer Services and Support, formerly PSS which brought me deep knowledge and understanding of Windows server technologies, people management and process design.
