Greetings System Center Community! My name is Greg Wojtkun and I am an IT Consultant with The Cadence Group specializing in IT Service Delivery Management with expertise in System Center Service Manager and related System Center products. I also assist with Enterprise IT Risk Managegement and GRC / SOX Compliance. I recently implemented SCSM/SCOM/SCCM at a mid sized telecommunications company and want to share my experiences with the System Center community! We did all kinds of crazy stuff. The great thing about SCSM is that, with some basic IT skills and knowledge, you can mold it and shape it to your needs…. then mold and shape it even more as you grow or adopt new frameworks, processes, and compliance requirements. Endless fun!
