Biography
15 years of hands-on experience and I achieved the following:
I led many software-development teams during my career most of them collocated and the last years at CSG distributed across Americas. I work hands on in all project stages, always seeking change to increase collaboration and knowledge sharing beyond the dev teams.
My main passion is about requirements engineering. I worked in requirements analysis in more than 15 customers in 13 different countries, in the last eight years. During 2016, I will finish my Msc in Software Engineering with a proposal of a new method to handle software requirements, which is a very exciting time in my career.
I have extensive experience in setup new teams, software engineering practices. I mentored more than 40 developers.
