Biography
10 years back I started my career as System Administrator Providing Desktop support and over the years have worked in different roles primarily involved with Hosted Messaging Solutions for IT working on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Unified Communication& Unified Messaging Solutions ( HMC 3.5/HMC 4.0/ Hosted Exchange Solutions). I have worked on and deployed HMC and On-prem Exchange and Lync/Skype for business for Multiple Customers. I am currently working as a Consultant at Wipro supporting “Skype for business/LYNC On premise” and O365. I am SME for Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business and have a strong understanding of workloads related to “IM and Presence”, Conferencing, LYNC Meetings, Application Sharing and Enterprise Voice. I enjoy learning how things work in the Background and I love to conduct Trainings, write articles in order to Share my knowledge and in this manner learn from others in the process. I am certified MCSE(Communication) and MCSA(Office 365) along with Masters degree
