Biography
Sylvain Gross is ALM & EPM Practice Manager in Neos-SDI.
He started to work on project management and software quality in 1999, and is focused on the Microsoft Project Management Platform:
- Microsoft Project Server
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server
He worked hard on the Quality Management tools and Deployment Tools integrated in the TFS platform, especially Test Manager, Release Manager 2013.
He animated several workshops and conferences in Switzerland and Europe: Agile Tour, Techdays 2011 in Bern, Techdays 2012 and 2014 in Paris, Techdays 2013 in Lausanne.
He works as a high level consultant, and helps his customer to improve their software factory: setup of continuous integration platform with automated tests, automated release process.
He is also a specialist in the integration of Project Server, on line or on premise, with customisation reporting, project management processes.
With his team, and all Neos-SDI Business Units, he is able to implement powerful project management Platform
