The new forum UI has some unique design and at times, it becomes difficult to notice new changes if you are adjusted to the old UI.

"My Forums" location

If you are looking for the location of "My Forums", you can see that under Quick Access below Ask a Question button:

When you click on My Forums, you will see a List of forums which you have added to your 'My forums' list earlier.

Now, if you would like to Add a New Forum or Remove an Existing Forum you may follow the steps below:

Add a New Forum to My Forums

Suppose you would like to add Windows Server 2012 General forum to your 'My forums' list. Click on the drop down button from Forums List on the left (Below Quick Access) and hover your mouse pointer to Windows Server 2012 General and you will see a tooltip. Inside the tooltip click on Add to my forums which will add Windows Server 2012 General forum to your 'My Forums'.

Remove an Existing Forum from My Forums list

Say you would like to remove Hyper-V forum (existing forum in My Forums). Click on the drop down button from Forums List on the left (Below Quick Access) and hover your mouse pointer to Hyper-V and you will see a tooltip. Inside the tooltip click on Remove from my forums which will remove Hyper-V  forum from your 'My Forums'.
