Login to Server and Open Server Manager.

Choose Add Other Servers to Manage.

• Click Find now and Choose all Required Servers.
• Click Right arrow and add the servers.
• Click Ok.

Create a Server Group and give a Friendly Name.

• You can see all the server added in the group.
• Right Click and perform required activity.

Right click and Choose Windows PowerShell and perform the activity required.
