FEP 2010 : “FEP received the following error whilst running the WMI method GetStringValue, so a policy cannot be applied…”

Tow months ago I initiated a deployment of the FEP client on Windows 7 workstations. The client has been installed but the policy has not been applied and I found the following error in Execmgr.log and in the ConfigMgr report.

And after some troubleshooting, I found that the cause was the User Access Control (UAC) and after disabling it then re-deploying the policy the problem was solved and the policy has been applied.
