Unable to check out a document after the document was checked in SharePoint.

Solution

To resolve the issue, Follow the below steps.
please disable the Details and Preview panes via Registry or Group Policy:

Group Policy:

Gpedit.msc | User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Windows Explorer | Explorer Frame Pane

Registry
