Issue

When running the Delta Import / Stage Only profile for the Office 365 Management Agent the Job reports back an error of stopped-extension-dll-load.

 


Cause

The user is the organization registered a device with their work id (Office 365) and their environment was not configured to synchronize devices also.


Solution

Open the Management Agent for Office 365 and select to Synch Devices. Then re-run your DISO (Delta Import/Stage Only) profile.
