BizTalk 2013 eliminated the Development and Deployment configuration. Do the same when upgrading projects.
We all should be eliminating the "Development" and "Deployment" configurations when upgrading BizTalk Visual Studio projects to BizTalk Server 2013.
The "Development" and "Deployment" configurations on the Solution Configuration window in Visual Studio should be deleted to match new development.
It is a cleaner approach to eliminate the configurations when upgrading and match the way new BizTalk 2013 projects are configured by default.
Making your upgraded projects match new development is the way to go, and makes your deployment scripts cleaner too
