As we all know, auditing is a very important process for admins in Office 365.
These logs are kept for 90 days . The great flexibility available is that these reports can be exported to excel files.
These reports cover almost all activities in Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer, PowerBI, Sway, and Azure Active Directory.

In order to use it follow these steps:

  • Go to your Office 365 admin center.
  • Go to the drop down of admin centers 
  • Then click on Security and Compliance.
  • Then click on Audit Log Settings under "Search and Investigation"
