 The User Profile Service service failed the logon.
 User profile cannot be loaded.

Symptoms:

Application (Error): 
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. 
Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly. 

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.
Application (Warning): 
Windows cannot copy file \\?\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Software Center\.cache to location \\?\C:\Users\TEMP\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Software Center\.cache. 
This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights. 

DETAIL - Access is denied.

Solution: 

To resolve this issue, you should add read access to the following directory for the Users group:

\\?\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Software Center\.cache
