I had someone ask me why their email randomly closes when they open it, and the client is not crashing...any ideas?
Let’s try running Outlook in Safe Mode to troubleshoot whether it’s an issue caused by 3rd-party services/add-ins:
In the Command Prompt window
Win + R, type in ”outlook.exe /safe”, Enter.
If the issue doesn’t exist in Safe Mode, please disable the add-ins one by one to find the root.
Also, please check the event log:
Win + R, type in "eventvwr".
