Hello, I'm trying to access xyz.com address at our office. We currently have a forward lookup zone xyz.com. Every time someone on the domain tries hitting xyz.com address it displays "This page cant be displayed". Cant figure out why? We use to host our own website but have someone else hosting it now. I've tried creating a new host (A) record with name www. and pointing it to the correct IP address but that doesn't work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
These ones may help.

Hello , I tried both links that you provided. Was unsuccessful in both. Any other ideas? If I completely delete my zone I am able to hit our website. The only problem with that is I need the forward lookup zone to route my Microsoft crm dynamics IFD. Hope that makes sense.
No reverse is in place but what I'm trying to do is send all new host (A) www > xyz.com website. Can I try inputting my ISP's dns ip address? Basically I have tried inputting the websites IP address but no luck internally with users try hitting that xyz.com address.
